FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석 배수의 10 µL를 사용하여 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)에 표지합니다.
Target Information
항체의 동종형(isotype)과 적용되는 실험에 따라 비특이적 염색(background staining)이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이는 세포의 Fc 수용체 결합, 세포 내 단백질/탄수화물/지질과의 비특이적 상호작용, 또는 세포 자가형광 등에 의해 유발됩니다.
Isotype control 항체는 특정 항원에 대한 특이성이 없기 때문에 비특이적 신호와 특이적 신호를 구분하는 데 사용됩니다.
주로 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 사용되지만, ChIP, Immunohistochemistry, Gel Shift 등 다양한 응용에도 활용 가능합니다.
