Target Information

ELL은 RNA polymerase II 및 III의 전사 신장 과정을 조절하는 elongation factor로, super elongation complex (SEC) 및 little elongation complex (LEC)의 구성 요소입니다. RNA polymerase의 일시적 정지를 억제하여 전사 속도를 증가시키며, snRNA 유전자 전사 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 SEC 복합체 형성 이전 단계에서 RNA polymerase II의 초기 결합 및 안정화를 돕습니다.
