This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a member of the C-chemokine family that acts as a chemoattractant for lymphocytes, but not monocytes or neutrophils. It plays an important regulatory role in lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation.
Lymphotactin signals through chemokine XC receptor 1 (XCR1), is highly expressed in the spleen, and found at lower levels in lungs, small intestine, and colon. It is abundantly expressed by activated T cells (particularly CD8+ T cells) and produced by NK cells.
