Gibco Viral Production Medium, AGT, is the dry-format version of CTS Viral Production Medium, a chemically defined, serum-free, protein-free, animal origin-free, phenol red-free medium that is part of the CTS AAV-MAX Helper-Free AAV Production System for high-titer adeno-associated virus (AAV) production.

Features of Viral Production Medium, AGT, include:
• Supports growth and transfection of CTS Viral Production Cells 2.0 from shake flask to bioreactor scales
• Helps enable production of high AAV titers, greater than 5 x 1010 vg/mL (unpurified)
• Simplifies transfer to manufacturing scale due to Advanced Granulation Technology (AGT) enabling auto-pH and simplified dissolution
• Formulated with GlutaMAX Supplement, no further supplementation required
• Manufactured in conformity with cGMP for medical devices, 21 CFR, Part 820, and certified to ISO 13485. Drug Master File and Regulatory Support File available upon request
