This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human Granzyme A, Granzyme H, recombinant mouse Granzyme B, Granzyme C, Granzyme D, or Granzyme G.
Target Information
Granzyme B is a member of the granzyme serine protease family found in cytotoxic T cells and NK cell granules. It plays a crucial role in inducing apoptosis in target cells by activating caspase cascades and mitochondrial pathways. Granzyme B interacts with mannose 6-phosphate receptor, functioning as a death receptor during cytotoxic T cell-mediated apoptosis. It is expressed only in activated cytotoxic lymphocytes and not in non-cytotoxic lymphoid cells.
