Target Information
INSRR (Insulin receptor-related receptor) is a member of the insulin receptor (IR) family. It does not bind insulin-like molecules but shares tyrosine kinase activity similar to INSR. Functions as a pH-sensing receptor activated by increased extracellular pH, and triggers intracellular signaling pathways involving IRS1 and AKT1/PKB.
