- In direct ELISAs, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD27 Ligand is observed.

Target Information
CD153 (CD30 Ligand, CD30L)는 CD30의 리간드로, 세포 증식, 활성화, 분화, 세포자멸사 등 다양한 생물학적 반응을 매개합니다.
CD30은 호지킨 림프종 및 기타 CD30⁺ 림프종의 병태생리에 중요한 역할을 하며, 흉선의 음성 선택 과정에서 보조자극 분자로 작용합니다.
CD30은 호지킨 및 리드-스턴버그 세포뿐 아니라 일부 비호지킨 림프종(예: 버킷 림프종), 바이러스 감염된 T/B 세포, 활성화된 정상 T/B 세포에서도 발현됩니다.
또한, Th2형 사이토카인을 생성하는 T세포 아형 및 CD45RO와 IL4 수용체를 공발현하는 CD4⁺/CD8⁺ 흉선세포에서도 발현됩니다.
