Target Information
Cyclin F은 세포주기 전환을 조절하는 cyclin 계열 단백질로, cyclin-dependent protein kinase를 활성화합니다. 또한 F-box 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) 복합체의 구성 요소로 작용하여 인산화 의존적 유비퀴틴화에 관여합니다. F-box 단백질은 WD-40 도메인(Fbws), leucine-rich 반복(Fbls), 기타 단백질-단백질 상호작용 모듈을 포함하는 Fbxs 등 세 가지 클래스로 구분됩니다. Cyclin F은 Fbxs 클래스에 속하며, F-box 모티프가 처음 확인된 단백질 중 하나입니다.
