Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

PAX5는 paired box(PAX) 전사 인자 계열에 속하며, 초기 발달 단계의 중요한 조절 인자입니다. PAX5는 B세포 계열 특이적 활성 단백질(BSAP)로, B세포 분화의 초기 단계에서 발현되며 후기 단계에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 또한 중추신경계(CNS)와 고환에서도 발현이 확인되어, B세포 분화뿐 아니라 신경 발달 및 정자 형성에도 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다. PAX5 유전자 변이는 급성 림프모구성 백혈병 등과 관련될 수 있습니다.
