이 항체는 HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질에 대한 교차 반응성이 최소화되어 있습니다. 면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분의 rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 항체 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다.

각 제품은 1 vial의 NovaFluor conjugate와 1 vial의 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer를 포함합니다.

Usage Notes

• NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합형 viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않습니다.
• Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용 권장.
• CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor 염색 시 필수이며, 항체 혼합물에 사용 전 5 µL/sample 첨가 권장.
• 단일 색상 대조군의 경우, 100 µL 세포(10³–10⁸ cells)당 5 µL 사용.
