이 항체는 Affinity 정제된 HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질에 최소한의 교차반응을 보입니다.
면역전기영동 결과 Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분 Rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응하며, 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에는 반응하지 않습니다.

항체 칵테일 준비 시 샘플당 5 µL를 추가하십시오.
단일 색상 컨트롤의 경우, 10³–10⁸ 세포가 포함된 100 µL 샘플에 5 µL 사용.
