Target Information
ITGA3 (Integrin alpha 3), 또한 CD49C, VLA3 또는 GAPB3로 불리며, 인간에서는 ITGA3 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.
ITGA3는 세포 표면 부착 분자군에 속하는 integrin alpha 서브유닛으로, 염색체 17q21.33에 위치합니다.
Alpha3beta1 integrin 복합체의 절반을 구성하며, beta-1 서브유닛과 함께 신경 이동 및 피질 발생에 관여합니다.
DAB1 인산화와 ITGA3 신호전달 간의 기능적 연계는 이동 중인 뉴런이 방사형 교세포 섬유로부터 적시에 분리되도록 합니다.
Human ITGA3 발현은 Chinese hamster ovary 세포에서 바이러스 감염성을 증가시킵니다.
ITGA3는 13개의 잠재적 N-glycosylation 부위, 2개의 절단 부위, 그리고 ITGA 특유의 7개의 N-말단 반복 단위를 포함합니다.
Recombinant ITGA3는 Western blot 분석에서 native 단백질과 동일한 크기인 150 kDa로 발현됩니다.
