Target Information
ITGA3 (Integrin Alpha-3), 또한 CD49C, VLA3, GAPB3로 알려진 단백질은 인간에서 ITGA3 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.
이 단백질은 세포 표면 부착 분자군에 속하는 인테그린 알파 서브유닛으로, 염색체 17q21.33에 위치합니다.
ITGA3는 alpha3beta1 integrin 복합체를 구성하며, 신경 이동 및 피질 발생에서 beta-1 서브유닛과 함께 중요한 역할을 합니다.
DAB1 인산화와 ITGA3 신호전달 간의 기능적 연계는 신경세포가 방사형 교세포 섬유로부터 적절히 분리되도록 조절합니다.
또한 ITGA3 발현은 바이러스의 감염성을 증가시키며, 13개의 잠재적 N-당화 부위, 2개의 절단 부위, 7개의 N-말단 반복 단위를 포함합니다.
Recombinant ITGA3는 Western blot 분석에서 native 단백질과 동일한 150 kDa 크기의 단백질로 발현됩니다.
