For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
It is absent in non-hematopoietic cells and tissues. CD45 is crucial for lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases.
Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains.
CD45RA, one isoform, shows restricted expression among lymphoid subtypes.
CD45 regulates T- and B-cell receptor signaling, suppresses JAK kinases, and modulates integrin-mediated pathways, apoptosis, and immune responses.
