Target Information
Interleukin 12A (IL-12A)는 Interleukin-6 단백질 상위군에 속하는 새로운 신호 전달 사이토카인입니다. IL-12A는 IL-12의 35 kDa α-체인 전구체로, 활성화된 T세포 및 NK세포의 성장 인자로 작용하며, NK/lymphokine-activated Killer 세포의 용해 활성을 증가시킵니다. 또한 PBMC에서 IFN-γ 생성을 유도하고, Th1 및 Th2 세포의 분화를 돕습니다. IL-12A는 Stat4 단백질의 티로신 인산화 조절 및 선천 면역에서 nitric oxide synthase 2A의 활성에 관여합니다. EBI3와 함께 IL-35를 형성하여 Treg 세포의 억제 기능에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
