• Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
• After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
• For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Mouse anti-Human Fc epsilon R1 alpha antibody, clone 9E1 recognizes the human high-affinity Fc receptor for IgE (FcεR1), which plays a central role in the IgE-mediated allergic response.

Target Information

FceR1 (Fc epsilonR1 alpha) is a subunit of the high-affinity receptor for IgE. FcεR1α forms a tetrameric complex consisting of one alpha, one beta, and two additional subunits required for signal transduction. This receptor complex plays a key role in triggering allergic responses. When allergen-bound IgE molecules cross-link multiple FcεR1 receptors, mediators such as histamine are released, initiating inflammatory responses typical of allergic disorders such as hay fever and asthma. The release of histamine and proteases leads to the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes, potent effectors of hypersensitivity.
