KREMEN1 is a high-affinity dickkopf homolog 1 (DKK1) transmembrane receptor that cooperates with DKK1 to block WNT/β-catenin signaling.
It forms part of a membrane complex modulating canonical WNT signaling through LRP6 and contains extracellular kringle, WSC, and CUB domains.
