Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
GPT and GPT2 (EC 2.6.1.2), also known as alanine transaminases, are pyridoxal enzymes that catalyze reversible transamination between alanine and 2-oxoglutarate to form pyruvate and glutamate. These transaminases play roles in gluconeogenesis and amino acid metabolism by mediating conversion of key intermediate metabolites.
