Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UQCRC1 encodes a component of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (complex III or cytochrome b-c1 complex) in the mitochondrial respiratory chain.
This protein may facilitate the formation of the complex between cytochromes c and c1.
