MA3-813 항체는 인간, 생쥐, 원숭이, 고양이, 소, 토끼, 쥐, 거북이, 닭 조직의 cellular retinoic acid binding protein I (CRABPI)을 검출합니다.
이 항체는 카멜레온, 금붕어, 개구리에는 반응하지 않으며, cellular retinol binding protein (CRBP), performic acid oxidized CRBP, interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein 또는 retinol binding protein과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
MA3-813은 Western blot, immunohistochemistry, ELISA에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 쥐 망막 상등액의 16 kDa 단백질을 검출하며, 면역조직화학 염색에서는 망막 내 아마크린 세포체와 내망상층에서 CRABPI가 국소화됩니다.
항원은 소 망막에서 유래한 산화된 CRABPI입니다.
Target Information
이 유전자는 비타민 A 계열의 retinoic acid와 결합하는 특정 단백질을 암호화합니다.
이 단백질은 retinoic acid 매개 분화 및 증식 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, cellular retinol-binding protein과 구조적으로 유사하지만 retinoic acid에만 선택적으로 결합합니다.
핵 내 특정 부위에서 작용하여 비타민 A에 의한 상피 조직 분화에 기여할 수 있습니다.
