Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-17RD is observed.
- Less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-17RC, rmIL-17B R, and rhIL-17R is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
IL17RD acts as a feedback inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-mediated Ras-MAPK signaling and ERK activation.
It may inhibit FGF-induced FGFR1 tyrosine phosphorylation and regulate nuclear ERK signaling by preventing nuclear translocation of activated ERK without affecting cytoplasmic phosphorylation.
It also mediates JNK activation and may play a role in apoptosis and early fate specification of GnRH-secreting neurons.
