Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17RD is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-17RC and IL-17BR.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.
Target Information
IL17RD acts as a feedback inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-mediated Ras-MAPK signaling and ERK activation.
It may inhibit FGF-induced FGFR1 tyrosine phosphorylation and regulate nuclear ERK signaling by blocking nuclear translocation of activated ERK.
Also mediates JNK activation and may play a role in apoptosis and early fate specification of GnRH-secreting neurons.
