Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
NOMO1 encodes a protein initially thought to belong to the collagenase gene family. It is one of three highly similar genes located on the p arm of chromosome 16, encoding proteins that may share similar functions. The NOMO1 protein is part of a complex involved in the Nodal signaling pathway during vertebrate development. Mutations in the nearby ABCC6 gene, rather than NOMO1, are associated with pseudoxanthoma elasticum.
