Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 다양한 암과 관련이 있습니다. 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, 알파 서브유닛은 IGF-1에 IGF-2보다 높은 친화도를 가집니다. 결합 시 구조적 변화가 일어나며, IGF-1R의 1134, 1135, 1136번 위치에서 자기 인산화가 일어납니다. 활성화된 IGF-1R은 이후 기질 단백질을 인산화시키고, RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 등의 MAPK 경로를 순차적으로 활성화시켜 세포 증식을 유도하는 유전자 발현을 촉진합니다.
