Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 이합체(dimer)입니다. 여러 결합 조직 및 혈관의 세포외 기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 이황화 결합을 통해 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다.
Fibronectin은 배아 발달 및 조직 재형성 과정에서 가장 풍부하며, 혈장 내에서는 가용성 단백질 형태로 존재합니다.
Fibronectin은 자체 결합, 다른 기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin) 및 세포 수용체(예: integrins)와 상호작용할 수 있는 반복 모듈로 구성되어 있습니다.
세포 표면 및 세포외 기질에서는 이합체 또는 다합체 형태로 존재하며, 세포 접착 및 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어 및 전이 과정에 관여합니다.
Fibronectin 발현은 특히 비소세포 폐암에서 증가하며, 세포의 fibronectin 결합은 종양 형성 능력을 높이고 항암제 유도 세포사멸에 대한 저항성을 부여합니다.
Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱이 일어나는 세 영역을 가지고 있으며, 최대 20개의 전사체 변이형을 생성할 수 있습니다.
