Preparation:
Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MCP-3 (CCL7). Anti-Human MCP-3 (CCL7)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA:
To detect hMCP-3 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution), a concentration of 0.25–1.0 µg/mL is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human MCP-3 (500-P37G) as a capture antibody, allows detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant hMCP-3.

Western Blot:
To detect by Western blot, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. With compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Human MCP-3 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.

MCP-3 (CCL7) is a secreted chemokine that attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It belongs to the C-C subfamily of chemokines, characterized by two adjacent cysteine residues. MCP-3 is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, which degrades extracellular matrix components.
