- 본 항체는 Rat 시료와 반응하지 않습니다.
- IHC (PFA fixed): 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris Buffer (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0)에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 항원 복원 과정을 수행합니다.
Target Information
Tenascin은 고분자량의 다기능성 세포외 기질 당단백질로, 발생 과정에서 상피-중배엽 상호작용과 관련되어 있으며, 미분화 종양의 신생혈관 및 기질에서도 발현됩니다.
다양한 명칭으로 보고된 바 있으며(cytotactin, hexabrachion protein, J1, myotendinous antigen (MI), glioma mesenchymal extracellular matrix (GMEM)), 이 분자는 이황화 결합으로 연결된 헥사머 구조를 가집니다.
Tenascin 발현은 정상 및 병리적 성장과 관련되어 있으며, 정상 성체 조직에서는 제한적으로 분포합니다.
