Target Information
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily는 type I integral membrane glycoproteins로 구성되며, cystine-rich extracellular domain에서 상동성을 보입니다. 이 계열에는 TNF-RI, TNF-RII, CD40 등이 포함됩니다. 해당 수용체의 리간드는 TNF와 같은 분비 단백질 또는 CD40L과 같은 type II 막 단백질일 수 있습니다.
