Description:
HM36 항체는 mouse CD36을 인식하며, scavenger receptor BIII로도 알려져 있습니다. Flow cytometric 분석에 사용됩니다.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal macrophages에서 테스트됨. ≤1.0 µg/test 사용 권장. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 농도는 실험적으로 조정 필요.

Super Bright 600 특성:
405 nm violet laser로 여기되고 600 nm에서 방출되는 tandem dye. 610/20 bandpass filter 사용 권장.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright dye-conjugated 항체를 사용할 경우, 비특이적 중합체 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용 권장.

Light Sensitivity:
광 산화에 민감하므로 시료 및 바이알은 빛으로부터 보호해야 합니다.

Fixation:
시료는 IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333)으로 4°C 암암 상태에서 최대 3일 보관 가능.

Target Information

CD36은 macrophages, platelets, adipocytes 등 다양한 세포 표면에 발현되는 scavenger receptor class B member 3 단백질입니다.
지질 대사, 염증, 죽상동맥경화증에 관여하며, oxidized LDL, long-chain fatty acids, apoptotic cells을 인식 및 흡수합니다.
혈소판의 주요 glycoprotein 중 하나로, collagen, thrombospondin, oxidized LDL과 결합하며, Plasmodium falciparum 감염 적혈구의 부착에도 관여합니다.
CD36 유전자 변이는 platelet glycoprotein deficiency를 유발할 수 있으며, coronary heart disease와 관련이 있습니다.
