Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The MAGEB3 gene belongs to the MAGE-B subfamily within the MAGE gene family.
MAGE family proteins are tumor antigens recognized by cytolytic T lymphocytes in human melanoma.
Two clusters of MAGE genes exist on chromosome X:

  • MAGE-A subfamily: Xq28 region
  • MAGE-B subfamily: Xp21 region
