Target Information
ADRBK1 (GRK2)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)의 중요한 조절 인자입니다. GRK2(83 kDa)는 포유류에서 널리 발현되며, 리간드 결합 후 GPCR을 인산화시킵니다. 이 과정은 β-arrestin-1에 의해 매개되는 GPCR 내재화 및 Ras–Raf–ERK1/2 신호경로 활성화를 유도합니다. GRK2의 활성은 PKC, Src, ERK1/2 등에 의한 인산화 및 다양한 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 정교하게 조절되며, ERK에 의해 serine 670에서 인산화되어 음성 피드백으로 GRK2가 불활성화됩니다.
