Usage Note:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the conjugate solution and use the supernatant only to remove possible aggregates. Optimal antibody dilution should be determined empirically depending on the application.

Target Information
DYKDDDDK tag (FLAG tag) is an eight–amino acid peptide (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys) widely used for protein purification, detection, and localization.
It can be fused to either terminus of a target protein, allowing easy identification and isolation using anti-FLAG antibodies.
The FLAG tag is hydrophilic, minimizing interference with protein folding or activity, and is a registered trademark of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
