Target Information
Extracellular matrix (ECM)는 대부분의 조직 구획을 둘러싸고 분리하며, 조직 구조를 결정하고 주변 세포와 동적으로 상호작용합니다. Basement membrane은 ECM의 일부로 콜라겐, 프로테오글리칸, 엘라스틴 및 여러 글리코프로틴으로 구성되며, 그중 Laminin이 가장 풍부합니다. Laminin은 α, β, γ 체인으로 구성된 대형 헤테로트리머 단백질입니다. Dystroglycan은 근육 및 상피에서 주요 Laminin 수용체이며, Nidogen은 basement membrane 조립에 중요한 고친화성 Laminin 결합 단백질입니다.
