The immunogen is a His-tagged recombinant full-length Human HACE1 protein used to raise mouse monoclonal antibodies.
Target Information
HACE1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in Golgi membrane fusion and regulation of small GTPases. It regulates Golgi membrane dynamics during the cell cycle by interacting with Rab proteins and mediating ubiquitination during mitotic Golgi disassembly and reassembly. HACE1 also ubiquitinates active RAC1, promoting its degradation and contributing to host defense mechanisms. Additionally, it may function as a transcription regulator through interaction with RARB.
