E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase로, Golgi 막 융합 및 small GTPase 조절에 관여합니다.
Golgi 막 역학을 세포 주기 동안 조절하며, Rab 단백질에 의해 Golgi 막으로 모집됩니다.
분열기 동안 Golgi 해체 시 ubiquitination을 매개하고, 세포 분열 후 Golgi 재조립의 신호로 작용합니다.
활성형 RAC1과 상호작용하여 ubiquitination 및 분해를 유도함으로써 병원체 방어에 기여합니다.
