N-terminal sequencing 결과, 첫 10개 아미노산은 HFGRLHCTTA로 확인되었습니다.
SDS-PAGE 분석 기준 순도 >95%입니다.
활성: Recombinant rat IL-18은 recombinant mouse IL-12 존재 시 KG-1 세포에서 IFN-γ 생산을 유도합니다.
20 ng/mL 처리 시 480 pg/mL, 40 ng/mL 처리 시 610 pg/mL의 IFN-γ가 유도되었습니다.
사용: In vitro 연구용. 실험별 최적 농도는 dose-response assay로 결정해야 합니다.
재구성 및 희석:
- Lyophilized 시료는 4°C에서 보관
- 0.5 mL 증류수 또는 탈이온수로 재구성
- Carrier protein이 포함된 buffer로 희석 후 aliquot하여 -70°C 이하 보관
- 여러 번의 freeze-thaw cycle은 피할 것

Target Information
이 단백질은 proinflammatory cytokine으로, T 세포의 IFN-γ 생성을 유도합니다.
IL-12와 함께 작용 시 IL-4 의존적 IgE 및 IgG1 생성을 억제하고 IgG2a 생성을 증가시킵니다.
IL-18 binding protein은 본 cytokine과 특이적으로 결합하여 생물학적 활성을 음성 조절합니다.
