- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4°C.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Human CD20 antibody, clone 2H7 recognizes the human CD20 cell surface antigen, a 33–37 kDa non-glycosylated phosphoprotein.
Target Information
CD20 is a non-glycosylated surface phosphoprotein (33–37 kDa) expressed on mature and most malignant B cells, a subpopulation of T lymphocytes, and follicular dendritic cells.
It regulates transmembrane calcium conductance, cell cycle progression, and B-cell proliferation.
CD20 is associated with lipid rafts, and its expression is synchronous with surface IgM.
After receptor ligation, CD20 remains on the cell surface while BCR undergoes endocytosis.
CD20 is a key target for antibody-mediated therapeutic depletion of B cells in various malignancies.
Diseases linked to CD20 dysfunction include Ms4a1-related common variable immune deficiency.
