Target Information
CD3z complex는 T 세포의 항원 인식 신호를 세포질로 전달하고 TCR 복합체의 세포 표면 발현을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
T 세포 활성화는 CD3 γ, δ, ε, ζ 소단위의 세포질 꼬리를 통해 이루어지며, 이들은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하는 구조적으로 유사한 단백질입니다.
CD3 구성 요소는 인간 염색체 11에 밀접하게 연결된 유전자들에 의해 암호화되며, 세포질 신호 전달 분자와 결합하는 긴 세포질 꼬리를 가집니다.
CD3 항원은 말초 혈액 림프구의 약 68–82%, 흉선세포의 65–85%, 소뇌의 Purkinje 세포에서 발현되며, B 세포나 NK 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD3z 관련 질환으로는 Immunodeficiency 25 및 CD3δ/CD3ε/CD3ζ에 의한 T-B+ Severe Combined Immunodeficiency가 보고되어 있습니다.
