Target Information
PAK4는 전립선, 고환, 대장에서 높게 발현되며, GTP 결합형 CDC42와 강하게 상호작용합니다. PAK4는 자가 인산화 및 JNK 경로를 활성화합니다.
PAK5는 CRIB 모티프와 Ste20 유사 키나아제 도메인을 가지며, GTP 결합형 CDC42와 선택적으로 결합합니다.
PAK6는 안드로겐 수용체와 함께 핵으로 이동하며, 남성 생식 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. MAP kinase 6 및 p38 MAP kinase에 의해 활성화되어 스트레스 반응 신호 전달에 관여할 수 있습니다.
