Target Information
PLD2는 phospholipase D 계열의 주변막 단백질로, PH 도메인, 두 개의 PLD phosphodiesterase 도메인, PX (phox homology) 도메인을 포함합니다. PLD2는 phosphatidylcholine (PC)을 가수분해하여 phosphatidic acid와 choline을 생성하며, 세포 분비 조절, 신호 유도성 세포골격 조절, 내포작용, 전사 조절 및 세포 주기 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
PLD2는 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)에 의해 자극되고 ADP-ribosylation factor-1 (ARF-1)에 의해 활성화됩니다. 또한 tyrosine kinase 및 G protein-coupled receptor 자극에 의해 활성화되며, EGFR 및 PIP5K1A와 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. PLD2는 세포막의 caveolae에 위치하며 대부분의 조직에서 발현됩니다.
