Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ERCC1 is a non-catalytic component of a DNA repair endonuclease responsible for the 5′-incision during DNA repair. Together with SLX4, it initiates repair of interstrand cross-links (ICL) and participates in processing anaphase bridge-generating DNA structures that can lead to cytokinesis failure. ERCC1 also functions in homology-directed repair (HDR) of DNA double-strand breaks in conjunction with SLX4. (Uniprot)
