Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed to select the best-producing clones.

Target Information

IKBKE (IKK epsilon) is an activator of nuclear factor-kappa-B (NF-κB). Overexpression of IKBKE has been observed in breast cancer cells, and suppression of IKBKE induces cell death.
NF-κB is a key transcription factor involved in immune and inflammatory responses, regulating gene expression in response to extracellular stimuli.
IKK epsilon is part of the IKK complex and is required for NF-κB activation by PMA and T cell receptors but not by TNF-α and IL-1. IKK-iota/IKK-i expression is inducible by TNF-α, IL-1, and LPS.
