Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV)는 단백질 절단 후 O-결합 당단백질로 존재하는 혈장 단백질입니다. ApoA4는 HDL의 주요 구성 성분이며, 새로 합성된 킬로미크론 표면에서도 발견됩니다. 그 생리적 기능은 완전히 규명되지 않았으나, 여러 in vitro 연구에서 역콜레스테롤 수송 경로에 관여함이 보고되었습니다. 이 경로는 말초 세포에서 간으로 콜레스테롤을 운반하는 과정입니다.
