Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-1alpha (CCL3). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA:
- Recommended concentration: 0.25–1.0 µg/mL (100 µL/well)
- Use with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Murine MIP-1alpha (CCL3) (500-P121) as a capture antibody
- Detects ≥0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine MIP-1alpha (CCL3)
Western Blot:
- Recommended concentration: 0.1–0.2 µg/mL
- Detection limit: 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions
- Use with compatible secondary reagents

Target Information
MIP-1alpha and MIP-1beta are CC chemokines that regulate the trafficking and activation of inflammatory cells such as macrophages, lymphocytes, and NK cells in response to pathogens.
- MIP-1alpha selectively attracts CD8+ lymphocytes
- MIP-1beta selectively attracts CD4+ lymphocytes
- Both act as chemoattractants for B cells, eosinophils, and dendritic cells
- Active on both human and murine hematopoietic cells
