For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The CDKN2C gene encodes a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors.
This protein interacts with CDK4 or CDK6 to prevent activation of CDK kinases, acting as a regulator of cell cycle G1 progression.
Ectopic expression suppresses cell growth in correlation with wild-type RB1 function.
Knockout mouse studies indicate its role in spermatogenesis regulation and tumorigenesis suppression.
Two alternatively spliced transcripts encoding the same protein have been reported.
