The RAIDD (also known as CRADD) protein contains a death domain (CARD/DD) and is involved in the induction of apoptosis. Through its CARD domain, RAIDD interacts with caspase-2/ICH1 and participates in the TNFR1A-RIPK1 signaling complex, mediating cell death signaling pathways.
