Target Information
Aflatoxin은 Aspergillus flavus 및 Aspergillus parasiticus 두 종류의 곰팡이에 의해 생성되는 천연 마이코톡신입니다.
Aspergillus flavus는 자연계에 널리 분포하며, 건조 등의 스트레스 조건에서 재배된 곡물에서 흔히 발견됩니다.
이 곰팡이는 토양, 부패 식물, 건초, 미생물학적 변질이 진행 중인 곡물 등 다양한 유기 기질을 침입합니다.
성장에 유리한 조건은 높은 습도와 온도입니다.
자연계에서는 최소 13종류 이상의 Aflatoxin이 존재하며, Aflatoxin B1이 가장 독성이 강합니다.
Aspergillus flavus의 존재가 반드시 유해한 수준의 Aflatoxin을 의미하지는 않지만, 생성 가능성이 있음을 나타냅니다.
