For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Together with the cullin protein ANAPC2, ANAPC11 forms the catalytic component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) — a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase controlling progression through mitosis and G1 phase.
The APC/C complex mediates ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins, primarily forming Lys-11-linked polyubiquitin chains, and to a lesser extent Lys-48 and Lys-63 chains.
May recruit E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to the complex.
