Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
ANAPC11, together with the cullin protein ANAPC2, forms the catalytic component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C).
This complex is a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase.
It mediates ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins, primarily forming Lys-11-linked polyubiquitin chains, and to a lesser extent Lys-48 and Lys-63 chains.
May recruit E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to the complex.
