For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Together with the cullin protein ANAPC2, ANAPC11 constitutes the catalytic component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
The APC/C complex mediates ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins, primarily forming Lys-11-linked polyubiquitin chains, and to a lesser extent Lys-48- and Lys-63-linked chains.
May recruit E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to the complex. [UniProt]
